You can go to http://www.pof.com/HelpCenter/helpCenter_retrieveLogin.aspx and scroll down toward the bottom of the page. There is an option that says click here to contact us. Once you select this, a forum opens and you can send POF an email.

 

The form will have an option to select the reason why you are contacting POF. Select the appropriate reason for your message and fill out the rest of the required fields.
